View of the water. (you can see I gave Andrew the better view…so kind of me:).  Also I was totally in the sun and got fried.

French toast for breakfast – with caramelized walnuts and mascarpone honey butter.  What the what?

And a vacation brunch wouldn’t be complete without the Crab Eggs Benedict.  As a general rule of thumb we don’t count calories on vacation.  Can you tell?
