Let’s face it:  it’s getting hot, hot hot!  I don’t know about you, but here in SoCal it’s supposed to near triple digits this weekend.

So I popped on over to TJ’s and picked up this white wine, one of their bestselling Sauvignon Blancs.

For your consideration, Black Mountain Three Candles Sauvignon Blanc.

Pairs well with brie, goat cheese (really what doesn’t pair well with goat cheese?), chicken, fish, shrimp, tomatoes, and vinaigrettes.
